- Nicole has over twenty years of experience serving clients, grounded in a therapeutic relationship built on trust and commitment to the client’s goals. She has been with Progressive Community Health Centers (PCHC) since 2016, after holding various social work positions within Milwaukee County. PCHC’s mission, values, and holistic approach to care resonated with her practice. Nicole strongly believes in a person-centered therapy approach, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral, Strength-Based, and Mindfulness practices. As a therapist, she provides support and encouragement to foster self-healing, self-discovery, and the development of healthier thought patterns and daily habits. She values getting to know her clients and tailoring the therapeutic approach to fit their individual needs.
