Clinical Pharmacist
Dr. Johnson earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and B.S. in Pharmacy Studies from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Science in Education from Concordia University Wisconsin.
When she isn’t helping patients, you can find her exploring local coffee shops, traveling, or walking her dog around Milwaukee. She loves a good challenge and is currently teaching herself how to play the piano!

Dr. Francesca Napolitano Johnson earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeastern University in 2017. She completed a specialized 24-month PGY1 Residency in Ambulatory Care and Academic Leadership through Concordia University Wisconsin, where she focused on primary care at Federally Qualified Health Centers and clinical instruction.
In 2019, Dr. Johnson earned her Master of Science in Education and joined the PCHC team full-time after pioneering our clinical pharmacy services during her residency. Her work demonstrated the vital role pharmacists play in managing chronic health, improving medication access, and elevating clinical quality.
In 2023, Dr. Johnson transitioned to a part-time role at PCHC after being appointed Clinical Assistant Professor of Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University. She continues to provide expert patient care at PCHC every Wednesday. Her professional passions include chronic disease management, clinical quality improvement, cultural humility, and the holistic well-being of patients and health professionals alike.
