Offering the care you’ve come to expect by our culturally competent and community centered medical professionals, Progressive CHC’s 12th Street Urgent Care is perfect for those times you can’t get in to see your primary care provider. No appointment necessary, just walk-in during open hours of operation.
Anyone is welcome. You don’t have to be a current patient at Progressive CHC to be seen at 12th Street Urgent Care. If you don’t have a medical home, we can gladly refer you to one of our experienced primary care providers for follow-up care.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private/Marketplace insurance plans. Uninsured? We help with that too! Our financial counselors will walk you through your options, including our Sliding Fee Program that allows you to pay for services based on your income and household size.
