Pop-Up Farmers Market!

Progressive CHC will be hosting a pop-up farmers market on August 17 from 1-4pm at our Lisbon clinic (3522 W Lisbon Ave) along with our friends from UnitedHealthcare and Growing Power for an afternoon of fun, family and FOOD!

UHC’s Small Steps Program is designed to encourage positive changes in eating habits by increasing access to fresh, local produce. To empower you to take charge of your health, UHC will be giving away 100 FREE $5 vouchers for those who stop by our pop-up market on the 17th (located in our parking lot at 3522 W Lisbon Ave) where you can pick up a bag of produce with recipes and food preparation information. We’ll also be out and about, chatting with neighbors about the many medical and dental services we provide to help you be your healthiest.
