Help us welcome our two new providers

Dr. Yang and Dr. Singh will be valuable assets to our organization as we work together to improve the health and quality of life in our neighborhoods.  Dr. Yang joined us in February as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has a wealth of knowledge about how to best serve the Milwaukee community, as well as several years of quality experience in promoting health maintenance and disease prevention.  Dr. Singh recently joined us in early June as a Dentist and has strong skills in comprehensive dental care to patients with a variety of medical ailments. Both Dr. Yang and Dr. Singh will be working from our new Lisbon Avenue Health Center location.
